In this workshop, you will gain hands-on experience with the theory of personality type, a framework that considers individual differences that exist across gender, ethnicity, and ability levels. Type provides teachers with a holistic approach to meeting the needs of each student—and to effective collaboration with colleagues for genuine school improvement.
