Connecting Archetypal Energies and Type Dynamics
with Bob McAlpine from Type Resources
This workshop will demonstrate the reality of type dynamics and the value of applying type dynamics in interpersonal relations. Most MBTI® practitioners view Type Dynamics as a hierarchical system that identifies the relative frequency one accesses mental functions and the skillfulness one has with using the mental functions.
Bob’s presentation will provide you with a different way for working with Type Dynamics that works with archetypal energies associated with each position in the system. This framework helps us understand why we are so resistant of development beyond our dominant and auxiliary functions.
This model also allows us to understand why we make projections onto others and receive projections from others.
