Who should attend?
Team building consultants who want to expand their knowledge and expertise of team development in a way that will help sell their services, or generate more team development work.
Aims:
To help team consultants
- improve team performance
- be able to demonstrate the positive impact of their work on the team
- sell their services better, generate more work and/or get repeat business
Content
- Initial diagnosis of team issues and selling team development services, using a 4-spoke structure
- Using a Team Health Check to diagnose team issues in depth, and identify team development activities that will impact team performance
- An introduction to Team Performance Management, including the MTR-i™ (Management Team Roles indicator™), ITPQ™ (Ideal Team Profile Questionnaire™), and how they can be used alongside the MBTI® instrument.
- Case studies
The workshop will be run by Steve Myers, author of the MTR-i (team roles indicator) and Judy Gareis of Temperament Research Institute, who trains practitioners in the use of the MTR-i.
